The owner of the house at the corner of Grand and Santa Clara recently did some fencing and landscaping work. It appears that he dumped all the dirt from his work into the parking strips on both Grand and Santa Clara. It would be understandable if he just temporarily put the dirt there, but his work is complete, and the dirt remains.
