The Traffic Light at Elm Street where Broadway traffic comes into it is not timed well as it causes traffic to back up and cause more delays on Broadway. Then there is only 2 lanes in use on Broadway and zig zagging caused by the back up. Dept. of Transportation has been informed in the past but nothing has been done.
