A group of homeless individuals have set up a camp where vehicles frequently stop to purchase drugs. These individuals have been cutting through businesses' chain link fences to steal private property, including items from customers' vehicles. This has had a negative impact on our businesses, making it difficult for anyone to walk down the street due to the presence of their trashy encampment. They are both blocking pedestrians and encroaching on private property.
Additionally, please provide trash clean up inside the private lot where the homeless broke into and camped, pooped, shot-up, etc.
