House on Beechmont Ave has some sort of landscaping/construction business and they constantly park commercial vehicles on Higgins Ave. It sometimes block the view when exiting Higgins Ave because it's to close to the corner and also on Beechmont which is obstructing the view of on coming cars in each direction It's an eye sore for residents.
