Description

AGMZ69. Owners live in apartment H107.
Nearly every day they park on the emergency sidewalk.That runs through this large apartment complex.
They leave the vehicle there for hours and it is reserved for police fire and ambulance that need to get in between the buildings. It also blocks the sidewalk so that others cannot pass by safely.
