Oh, please forgive me. I thought the original ticket said "Immediately AFTER turning off 70th ONTO Pioneer Woods Dr."

Unfortunately, this location is private and unable to be fixed by the City. Repairs on private streets (blue signs) are the responsibility of the property owner.
