Description

Dead Christmas tree on back deck. Attracts birds and other vermin, fire hazard. Rotting wood siding, birds nesting in front soffit/fascia. Gutters overflowing. Renter rarely puts trash out for pick-up (1-3x per year), and collection is weekly. Out of state property owner, renter is son of owner.
