Description

On the Billy Wolfe trail, the part where path crosses Lucille Drive. The button to switch the walk signal is impossible to reach from the walk. Snow piles up here, people on bicycles cannot reach and I have even had to press the button for people on wheelchairs. Please add more concrete around this pole so it is more ADA compliant.
