Description

The canal that run along norfolk street to Tyrone park has become clogged with dirt from road construction and litter. There is a great deal of plastic and styrofoam in the canal that is clogging it up from workers that recently built a nearby home. The canal is home to a large number of birds, turtles, and otters. Recently we had to get in the canal to release a baby duck from a plastic bag. We do not have the resources to enter the canal and clean it up, is this something the county does? It is not only an eye soar but a risk to the animals.
