    Major pollution in the creek running from the outfall at Tyrone boulevard to 17th avenue. Was not there early this morning. Now the water is milky white. There is some type of construction on Norfolk, just a few doors in from Tyrone. May or may not have anything to do with this.

    When the bridge on 17th Avenue was closed for repair and an earthen dam was built on either side of that bridge, the water has stopped flowing. Now, three weeks later, the birds that used to frequent the area no longer come around and the turtles have tremendous algea growth on thier shells. This has not happened in the decades I have owned this property. I attribute this to the stagnation of the water in the canal. Is the bridge going to be repaired soon, so that the canal can flow freely again?

    The city put up 4 barricades each on either sides of the small bridge on 17th avenue last week because the road surface seems to be collapsing at the bridge. This has not deterred many drivers that are intent on going around these barricades, onto peoples lawns, and over the bridge. As of today the roadway has severely cracked open. Are there any other means to route traffic around this area?

    The storm water ditch in our backyards is full of debris. There are bottles, cans, a shopping cart and a 2 wheel handtruck in there. These are located at the bridge on 17th avenue north and norfolk street. Is this something the city can clean up?
