The light at 19th Street southbound at Pennsylvania Avenue has always been perfectly timed in morning rush hour to stay green for a southbound traffic. after flashing red last week for a day it is no longer timed correctly. Please repair timing with the other South Bound lights on 19th Street.

Recently DDOT implemented the DOWNTOWN SIGNAL OPTIMIZATION PROJECT to ensure taffic conditions are working as best practice.
