Corner of Hemingway Place and Quinnipiac Ave. across from Bishop Woods School, there is bulk trash that is put around a one way sign that has also tipped the sign out from the ground. It’s been there for at least 5 days and is nearly in the street. Don’t know if they have an appt to have it picked up, but it’s not to be placed out until 24 hours before. The sign now is tipping over as well.
