everyday there's multiple homeless addicts trespassing, loitering (for HOURS at a time), smoking/injecting fentanyl, littering trash/drug paraphernalia everywhere and SO much more. it's primarily always around this dumpster, where hundreds of these homeless addicts gather and do all their illegal things. please start enforcing SOME laws/codes. these homeless addicts/criminals give the COA/APD/ACS/code enforcement ECT TONS of options to cite and or arrest them for, just pick one and enforce it. thanks.
