Stop using the word "unhoused." Being politically correct helps nobody. These are homeless, junky, criminal cockroaches who are resentful at society and do not want to improve their situation. They will steal from you and laugh in your face at your naivety.

This same group of criminals has been illegally occupying space in this space, our city parks, for months now. They have no interest in any type of social services. They are involved in narcotics trafficking and human trafficking. They are frequently armed and dangerous.
Police action is desperately needed.

There's so much freaking human sh*t and urine in our neighborhoods/streets it's 100% a PUBLIC HEALTH EMERGENCY! One of these homeless addicts/criminals took a giant SH*T on the side of my complex the other day. And of course the COA doesn't "handle" human waste, so I had to mask/glove/suit up, throw dirt on it with my shovel, scoop it up and dispose of it into a bag/throw it in the dumpster. I NEVER thought I'd have to pick up HUMAN SH*T at the place I LIVE/PAY RENT at. I HATE this city.

The code enforcement division of the city planning department will not address illegal encampments on public property. This location is part of the multi use bike and pedestrian trail system and is public property and cant legally be obstructed.

Upon calling this number it was made abundantly clear that the code enforcement division of the city planning department will not address illegal encampments on public property.
This location is public property.
It is part of a city park.
Send police officers to enforce the laws against these actions.
Send parks and recreation department staff to cleanup and repair the damage.
