when the lights turn green(two lights) to allow traffic to proceed
to make a right turn-go straight ahead-or make a left turn, the light on the LEFT should be a GREEN ARROW ONLY, as the left
traffic lane is for LEFT TURN ONLY!!!! this has caused more than one accident and many near misses. Same issue at Hammond/union intersection
