Sharraxaadda

Not a sidewalk, but a curb (not one of the options). The curb at this location near a sewer grate has been broken up for a couple of weeks. Someone placed orange barrels around it labeled "RSM". I called Raleigh Sewer Maintenance to check in on the estimated repair date but they said it was not theirs. I'm trying to figure out which department is working on this because I fear it's been forgotten. Thank you.
