Description

I cleaned up trash again on Union Street/Vision Trail in between Water Street and Fair Street. As there does not appear to be a public use dumpster in the area, I'd appreciate public works picking up the trash bags. Thanks!

Unless it's a holiday week, Earth Day, Boxing Day, leap Year, full Moon, solar Eclipse, Good Friday, Blue Monday, Black Friday, Cyber Monday or The Feast of Carlo Rossi...other than that it'll be taken care of

"Address the issue" means that you will put a trash can there and empty it periodically? or what?
