Blue & brown toters are kept in the street in front of 52/54 & 56/58 Truman Street by residents to RESERVE street parking spaces. Then brought only yo curbside when they park. This is unsightly. Please give them notice that toters must be moved or remove them from use. This has been going on since winter snow!!!!!
