Dumpster directly across from our garage at 7 West End Ally - belongs to the apt. Building at the corner of S Lake and Western Ave. Constantly garage is spilled all over the street, blows into our yard and garage - have NEVER seen anyone from building cleaning up this area. Food garbage, tvs boxes, etc
