Two dressers with overflowing broken drawers have been at the street for about 2 weeks. Recycling bin is filled with trash (?) sits at the fence line and is never put to the street. Debris litters property. This EYESORE of a house pretty much stays in this condition all the time and has for years adversely affected the property values of surrounding neighbors. We do not know why this landlord is allowed to do this!
