dogs barking all night . apparently the dogs are in the back porch of the house since Monday night. I feel bad for the poor dogs that have to be exposed to the cold of the night. They are tired of barking all night. please can you do something for these poor dogs , I call the police and they went to the house and the owners put the dogs in, but two days after they did it again . I don't understand this people!!!
