van reipen ave at summit ave appears to be sinking down enough to crack the asphalt, see photo, right at the crosswalk... surface is maybe 5 inches lower than it should be. can lead to pedestrian trip/fall injury especially at night as lighting is not great there. however, i just want to stress that the depression on the ground is shifting down and it wasn't like this last week. thanks.
