Ongoing issue that I have complained about before and it gets fixed and then it happens again. It looks like a dump. All kinds of trash built up. Right across from an elementary school. Why is the owner of the property not responsible for this. I hope it's not taxpayers. Money that gets it cleaned up. Needs a permanent fix! Thank you
