This house consistent store uncovered garbage and debris in front of garage and surrounding yard. This includes bags at side front of home and old tires which collect water. This is causing rodent to invade their garbage and surrounding houses in the neighborhoods. Neighbors have reported seeing big rat coming from that yard and are complaining. we are also concern about the old tires that are catching water and a room for breathing mosquitoes. This need to be address.
