Their is a old black truck parked for days now. This truck does not run. The owner removed the engine. Also while removing the engine LOTS of oil spilled from the car onto the street (public) his yard is to trashed to do it in the yard. When oil spilled polluted the air as I smelled in in the house and my eyes burned as I walked out of my car after pulling in to my home.
