According to our Community Development Office the owner has been working on replacing the wall but no work has gone on in a while. The City will be sending out a violation notice requesting that work start progressing again so that this area is made safe for public use. Thank you.

So, what's the status? Seems the owner is as exempt as the city is/was with the stairs in front of city hall.
