A residence up the street from me I believe 73 leete st, noisy, horns blaring at 7 am, arguing woke the whole neighborhood i up,I'm @#$% as a off shift worker I like to be able to rest in my own home.They have total disregard for anyone in the neighbor, our neighbor hood is also full of elderly. Noisy, noisy, I speak for many neighbors.People that don't work or work part time should have courtesy for the neighbors that's all we ask, if your going to disturb the neighborhood do it a 4 pm,
