There are signs saying that cars cannot park on either side of Whitney Ave from 7am to 9am. However, I saw at least 15 cars parked where the signs were clearly posted, and this happens every day. Doesn't the city have someone that enforce this? Because if it does, this person is not only not doing his/her job, but he/she is creating a harder job for us commuters
