We received your bin(s) request. From the time we verify your information, acquire the original serial numbers assigned to your address, check and pull bins from stock, schedule and deliver them could take up to 6-8 weeks. Thanks for your patience.

Thank you so much for your quick response and setting expectation for the delivery of the new bin. Instead of living with my recycling for the next 6 to 8 weeks I see that I can pop in to the department of public works and pick one up, would that be a better solution? Thanks again!
