There is drug dealing in the alley of North Academy and parking cademy. A house where an individual puts his dog out and lets him bark incesantly between 11 and 6 am.

And now the house next door is for sale, and i don't blame them for wanting to move. No one could live next to this house and the owner for long. The police should just come in and take this guy back to jail where he belongs!

please call your animal control or spca cruelty`s anomynous hotline at 610-566-1370 & report this, the dog is freezing & being neglected, that`s why he`s barking, he`s trying to ask for help, this needs to be reported, it is against the law to leave a dog out like that, if you video it, they will get a citation, also call the police , they will get cited for noise, please help this dog.
