Both corner properties on Poplar ave. have hedges rounding the corners making it impossible for traffic coming onto Ashland ave. from Poplar ave. to see around either corner. Also traffic coming onto Poplar ave is blind coming around the corner. With the speed at which traffic on Ashland ave. passes by this intersection and with all the kids in this neighborhood trying to navigate to the shopping center on the other side of Ashland ave, these hedges need to be lopped!
