Description

Darby Township has allowed the owner of the house at the intersection of Poplar St. and W. Ashland Ave. to become an eyesore for far too long. Last year the township cleaned up the yard, but it doesn't end there. There are wild animals living in the house, broken/boarded up windows, clothing piled so high you can see it through the windows, etc. The house is abandoned! Enough is enough! It's about time the township take action and stop beating around the bush!
