Description

A large eruption of road has occurred in the west end of the 300 block of W. Madison St. It is about 6 feet in diameter and has at least 9 inches of elevation change as it heaves and evolves. This is no quick fix, but in the meantime the City should put a folding barricade with a flashing light out there because it's scraping car bottoms per the scattered chunks of asphalt dragged down the road.
