Unnecessarily long green for traffic on Whalley Avenue at Ramsdell and Dayton Street. Long signals aid in increasing speeds . Makes it difficult and time consuming for pedestrians to cross the street. Creates unnecessary delays for cross traffic. It is a dangerous stretch of road for pedestrians.
