SPEEDING CONCERN: MacArthur Road at Spaulding Road. Vehicles headed south on MacArthur Rd from the Wakefield line south towards Greenview Rd. are traveling at excessive a speeds well above the speed limit. If a cruiser were to park on the new Spaulding Rd. a few feet back from the intersection at MacArthur Rd. they would be able to avoid detection and observe the speeding cars before they could spot the cruiser. Since that portion of MacArthur was repaved, it's become a speedway.
