Still nothing done as of 8/27/2015. City is really moving on this issue. 5 months and not scheduled for repair.

Still nothing done concerning this issue as of 9/15/2016. I notice that this same issue at western Pines location has been addressed. Who's looking out for Easter Pines?

This issue has not been fixed or even looked at by the city. Closing this issue without fixing to saying why it is not fixed does not work. Do not assume fixed if not repeatedly commented on.

This address will be reviewed , if tree work is required, ( root pruning or replacement ) we will try to schedule repairs with homeowner as to when the homeowner can have the necessary tree work done.
DBI will check and advise

Still waiting for homeowner to have tree roots properly pruned and root barrier added prior to sidewalk replacement

Sidewalks were cut smooth by city several months ago.

This will be closed until homeowner has tree mitigated and reopens as a sidewalk issue
