Is this the city of Hialeah or Pembroke Pines?

This issue is still here and it is getting WORSE. The chickens are reproducing and we can NOT sleep having now over 3 roosters making noise as early as 3:00a. During the day they wander the neighborhood destroying mulch beds and vegetable gardens. I've had several potted plants killed when they climbed in the pot and scratch looking for food What ever happened to the noise ordinance being enforced? The owners of the house do not want to take ownership for the animals well they sleep in their trees making them theirs. Right?? What is going to be done about this? If the city can not take care of this problem which is a huge problem as home owners we will have to take matters into our own hands! This is ridiculous that this has been reported over 2 years by multiple homeowners and the problem just keeps getting worse yet no one does anything about it. Let your grass grow too long and we get fined yet we can not have a peaceful sleep because you can't fine the owners of the house because they care not caged? This is NOT fair!!!!!

This issue has previously been addressed & the Code Officer did not witness any chickens upon inspection. I will create another case & have Code Officer V Spotts address the issue.

If Code Officer V Spotts does not witness any chickens at this residence, our office will require either a Police Report or someone will have to come to our office at 18400 Johnson Street to complete an Affidavit that we can have as backing for our case to move forward.

I will be more than happy to provide pictures as they walk along my fence and climb the tree to sleep overnight.

Unfortunately pictures alone are not admissible as proper evidence. Our office requires a signed & notarized Affidavit to present to a Magistrate to make a ruling. -jal
