The recent repair of the 11", 3' pothole directly in front of 541 Chapel Street has failed completely. The pothole is now deeper and wider than ever, and the shoddy repair has disintegrated, flinging tarry gravel onto the sidewalk, front steps and entrance door to our building every time a vehicle passes. The hole is so deep that the house vibrates with each passing vehicle.
