Beschreibung
Potholes caused by flooding (on the Wildwood Ave. side of my house) which is caused by storm drains being covered by ice & snow. I am physically unable to clear the ice & snow and have no one to do it for me. This is causing me great difficulty as my garage driveway leads directly into the flooded & potholed road.
