Dear neighbour, Willow st, between Livingston and Whitney is a mess, we made so-many complains that it is no sense to complain again, the mayor of New Haven do not read these messages or do not care about Willow st.
However, I just find-out, if your car break something in those deep potholes, call the police make report and somebody will be responsible to pay the bill, we pay taxes to use roads.
