Description
Brush and overgrowth of weeds are a nuisance and have taken over the alley and fence line and extends into walkway, and other neighbors property line; neighbors continue to cut it and it keeps coming back the owner is not following property maintenance ordinance, rodents are able to hide and create colonies of rodents. Not sure if this is the correct address there is no visible address on this property.
