Gardenia Community Block Club

20212 Fleming Occupants refuse to address the overgrowth of trees growing up into power lines and into the alley and onto other property lines. Our Block Club has cleaned this for two consecutive years and are now making a formal complaint to have the overgrowth of brush, weeds, dog mess, and grass removed immediately. It is causing a rodent problem and other animals hide in the rubbish and is dangerous for us that try to clean it.

This boat has sat in this location for more than six months receiving police tag after tag and is a hazard to our community and a definite eye sore trash is being put in it and is hard for neighbors adjacent to getting safely out of their driveway.

Neighbor's vegetation north and south of 20234 Goddard is not maintained, therefore causing a rodent problem. Neighbor north of my property has a garbage bin with no lid on it and leeks from the bottle and is left visible on the street in front of property for more than six months now. Rodents have been moving around the garbage bin in the front 20244 Goddard crossing in the front and rear of my property.
