Their is a Blue Chrysler PT Cruiser parked at Wilson and Highland that has heavy front end damage. The vehicle has been parked there for weeks and is still covered in snow. Their are also vehicles all over town still covered in snow that have not been moved in weeks. Why are they not being ticketed and towed? There is no parking in town, this isn't fair to the rest of us.
