Your clarification and exact address found the vehicle at Wilson and Windsor St. Traffic spoke to the registered owner and they have contacted Bibs junk yard who will be responding to remove the vehicle today or Saturday. The area will be re checked on Monday and if the vehicle has not been removed it will be impounded. Thank you for your concern in this matter.
