Description

City snow plow left a large chunk of snow/ice in the middle of Melrose Ave, just east of the intersection with Terrace. Posses a hazard to traffic.

Also- intersection has not had snow pushed back to curb. Difficult for cars making turn from southbound on Terrace to make right turn onto westbound on Melrose due to protruding snow.
