These segments have been a problem for about 10 years now. They accumulate water which then accumulates dirt and other rubbish. But the worst part is that in the water that water freezes and becomes a giant sheet of ice. There are so many children and parents that walk this route and either the school nearby this really is a priority we've witnessed people fall and hurt themselves, we've seen children and parents walking in the street to avoid it so it's really been a big issue for a long time. Please repair these sections.
