A. Homeless guy with with multiple shopping carts camping by the big tree on School st. Rubbish started piling up. Drug use also. Saw lady drugged out by his stuff. He has refused services in the past. Can you guys move him somewhere else.

The County appreciates your efforts and consideration. I have asked the County-contracted outreach providers to encounter this individual so that he might be offered assistance with placement in emergency shelter and/or long-term housing programs.
