Description

Homeless moved from Amala St are now starting to set up camp by the library. Guys with cars and couple of guys with shopping carts. The parking is getting blocked for residents of Kahului Lani and The Waterfront. Plus, the drug dealers will start hanging out with the congregation of the homeless. Learned from previous encampments.
