Please install in road pedestrian crossing signage in this crosswalk IMMEDIATELY. Drivers do not stop for pedestrians at this location despite on otherwise well marked crosswalk, because they are visually distracted by the intersection at Eye and South Capitol Sts SE. Installing in Road pedestrian signs will give drivers a visual reference point and hopefully prevent the multiple near misses and altercations which take place at this crosswalk. Please expedite.
