It has been there for years and continues to get worse. Little kids riding, like my daughter, can not see it and hit it and fall. It continues to erode farther onto the walking path and needs to be reinforced or some kind of signage so people know. It is a pretty decent fall onto the other side. Lawsuit waiting to happen and worse, someone having to go through a lot of pain bec of neglect.
Add to say, this is at East Shore Park on the paved path that circles around by the side that is along the beach, right before the circle and then the pull up bars (if coming the opposite way, the pull up bars first, then the circle, then it is right on your left).
Someone put a cone next to it. Problem is that people move the cone constantly and it is not in the right location. You can also see before it another one forming. :-( I will post this on the neighborhood website and the community meeting to see if can get more comments to get it acknowledged. It has been there for at least 10 years and gets mowed, so it is not like it has not been seen by the City. In all that time, something could have been done and should be asap.
